RUBC win the Pairs Head!
On Sunday five RUBC crews headed to London for the Pairs Head of the River, the first of the major Tideway Head races of the season. 458 crews took on the taxing 4.5km Championship Course starting at Chiswick Bridge and finishing at Harrods Wall.
Some great racing and fantastic results lead to 2 wins, with Rory and George being the fastest of all 458 crews and taking the overall win, and Charles and Alastair taking the pennant for the fastest lightweight men’s double scull.

2nd for Champ W2x - Lucy Ryan & Liv Morgan
3rd for Champ W2x - Rachel Heap & Sophie Lewis
