Hi everyone! Well done on another consistent week of training. We’re just a tiny bit under half way through our challenge!

We left Ho Chi Minh City last week and have had a bit more of an eventful time this week. We travelled up through Hong Kong in the South China Sea. Almost directly North of Hong Kong is Beijing πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³, home of course to the 2008 Olympic GamesπŸ…

From Hong Kong we travelled along the South East coast of China through the Guangdong, Fujian, and Zhejiang provinces to Shanghai (

The last two days of our trip this week took us across the East China Sea to Kitakyushu - the most northern city on Japan’s Kyushu Island. We are very close to Tokyo which we will travel through at the start of next week. You can see some more here: https://360gigapixels.com/tokyo-tower-panorama-photo/

We’re keeping track of every mile and every heartbeat on Strava, and the team participate in frequent group calls to keep communicating and laughing.

Keep up to date with our social media accounts to keep track of our journey.
